MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Palatine Capital Partners, a private real estate principal investment firm focused on investing in apartment assets, capitalizing special real estate situations and investing in performing and non-performing first mortgages in every asset class, announced that it has sold Apartments at Stonebrook located in Nashville, TN, totaling 320 units. Palatine acquired the property in May 2010 for $7,000,000. At the time of Palatine’s acquisition, the property was in receivership.

A 22-year-old woman was killed Saturday night in an apparent murder-suicide. Neighbors at the Whispering Oaks Apartments on Tanglewood Court called police after hearing gunshots around 9:45 p.m., Metro Police said.
