What Are Some Good/motivational/effective Exercise Programs?
I am being very honest here so don’t shoot me…I am not a big fan of exercise but I do need to lose weight so that I can become healthier (and have the perks of nice fitting clothes, etc.). I don’t want to use the I work to much and don’t have a lot of time excuse anymore so i am looking for exercise dvd’s or classes or a gym (that is not too much $ and in Nashville, TN) that is fun and motivating as well as beneficial.
